Cesky Krumlov in Photos

Posted on November 17, 2018November 17, 2018 by Sonya

Hello Travel Enthusiasts! I am keeping this post short and sweet.

I sadly lost most of my DSLR photos from my three-day visit to the Czech Republic (mainly Prague) in 2015. But I was able to recover and find one panoramic shot of Cesky Krumlov. Memories of a fun and epic day exploring Cesky Krumlov. I remember it being a pleasant April spring day with the sun shining brightly. It’s ironic that I can’t find most of my photos from this trip anymore. Ironically, I also lost my camera bag somewhere in Cesky. I guess that made it a bit more memorable. While I enjoyed visiting the castle, exploring and admiring its Gothic, Renaissance, baroque inspired architecture and aura, I think the highlight of the day for me was the memory of running back and forth trying to find my camera bag. I spent at least a half an hour and definitely got a decent cardio workout in thanks to that. It’s definitely the unexpected that makes a trip memorable and atypical.

Have you experienced hiccups during a trip? How did you manage to deal with it? Do you think it made your travel more memorable and perhaps, adventurous? I’d love to hear your stories!
